New to IA - Advertising my art work

Postby Tonybyrne247 » Wed Dec 19, 2012 7:22 pm

Hi all

New to the site and joined as I paint British registered aircraft. Am I permitted to advertise my work on site and if so whats the best place.

All the work I do is from photos and this site has some stunning subjects to paint. Any work that I do from a member photo gets a free print of the end painting and often my prints are signed by the pilots and donated to service charities to help raise funds.

My most recent painting of the Red Arrows has just been signed by the 2013 team and those prints will be sent of to variouse charities to help riae funds.

I am ex forces myself and took up painting through "Combat Stress" as I have been diagnosed with complex PTSD.

My work can be seen on facebook paintsandpixels or at my site http://www.paintsandpixels.co.uk

Look forward to hearing back from you as I dont wish to break any of the site rules.

Cheers

Good evening Tony

We have a couple of very good artists aboard already, go to the new members section and introduce yourself and then post some of your work.

Terry Jones posts his work in the Military Aircraft section.

Look forward to seeing your pictures.

Tony welcome to IA. \:D/

I have moved your thread to New members as you will get more of a welcome here.

IA is a get supporter of our forces and I for one would love to share the progress your work. I hope your painting has helped you through a difficult time and continues to do so.

As long as you don't just post items for sale then never visit again I don't envisage problems. :)
