Thank you for the December Update, Robert. Amazing and (no doubt) frustrating, the amount of work that has gone into the assembly of the Boiler Barrel!

Wishing you all the best for 2017 and I look forward to receiving the future, monthly Updates.

Thank you for the February Update, Robert.

What a lovely and fitting Tribute to Paul Anderson (RIP) the 'Waterloo Sunset' Special Train will be.

What I like about these reports is that everything is so BIG and gutsy ... real engineering on a grand scale ... none of your 2mm or 8BA fiddly stuff like on my model planes ... this is 2" across the flats stuff ... BIG nuts ... BIG spanners ... lovely ;) :D

Thanks for the June Update Robert. I do so hope that the 'Waterloo Sunset' Train, on 6th October, does get the support needed to enable it to go ahead.

Many thanks for the July Update, Robert. All good stuff, apart from the 'Waterloo Sunset' Special Train on 9th October (still needing some more passengers to make it possible :( ).

I am delighted to say that our `special` train Waterloo Sunset will run on 6th October 2017. There are plenty of tickets available so if you fancy a trip behind Taw Valley with lunch and entertainment get in touch with Barbara. Contact details on website. :).

Thank you for the August Update, Robert.
My working life was as an Engineer (following a 5 Year Apprenticeship) involved with large Steam Boiler installations (although not Locomotives at that time) and Steam Distribution pipework and Heat Exchangers. However, as stated in the 'Letter of Appreciation' in the August 'Update', I too am amazed at the skill and expertise of the Engineers who produce the myriad of components for Steam Locomotives, both 'New Builds' and (in my experience nowadays) the Restoration/Overhaul of 'Originals'. Sadly, such skills are now in short supply.

Great September Update, Robert. Thank you. Enjoyed the short YouTube Clip. A bit of nostalgia as well, seeing the 'Pre - Fab' houses at the end.
