Marwell Zoo 22 January 2011

Postby 350wedge » Sat Jan 22, 2011 8:01 pm

Took a trip to Marwell today, in the main to try out my new 400 F5.6L that arrived in the week.

Weather was rather rubbish, very dull and grey but managed to get a few decent shots. Very impressed with the 400 though, extremely sharp lens. Some of the shots taken below were using that and also with a 1.4x converter. Other couple of shots were taken with a 70-200 F2.8L. All shots handheld.

In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.
