I would be interested in seeing a side-by-side
comparison of the two, but at this point any
performance figures for the A350 would only
be "projected" rather than "actual"....

Too lazy to go looking, however :p .....

As I've stated before, I think it's a good thing
we have both Boeing and Aeroboose -- having
a worthy competitor forces you to produce a
worthy product!

I suspect the Dreamliner is a bit more of a
radical departure from the norm than the
Euroliner...

On the tech side, the A350 uses 53% composites against the 787 using 50%. You can only compare the smallest A350 against the largest 787. The A350 is more of a competitor of the 777 and smaller variants of the 747.
