mobile games on the pc

I see there are a few ways of getting android games to run on a pc, can anyone here suggest one please?

I didn't know you could however a Google indicates you need to download a 3rd party programme and the only 1 would personally try would be Genymotion simply because it is mentioned by PC Advisor. I am very careful where I download any stuff from. A quick read indicates some apps come preloaded but I don't know for sure if you can add to them.
