The Lombard Log Hauler!

Used in the Great North Woods to pull long
trains of sledges loaded down with logs
during the long Maine winters!

First commercial use of Crawler/Tank treads......

Did the work of 60 horses!

First successful, practical use of the crawler tread.....

I personaly think Bovington needs one, and despite
the fact that very few Lombards were made, quite
a few actually survive!

I know where there's one sitting in a field!
