Disappearing post

I have just spent 30 minutes writing a post to the Vulcan topic under the 'XH558 Plans for the Future' thread.

I clicked submit and was taken to the new posts topic but there is no sign of my post..

Any one have any idea what happened?

Nothing in the mod logs since 19.40 on the 10th ibw so no idea what happened.

It's not the first time and after some deliberation we came to the conclusion that it could be when 2 people post at exactly the same time one post gets bumped - however looking at the new posts it doesn't look like that happened either.
