Mmmm... seems a little strange that such a structure would be built in a flight path, but without knowing all the ins and outs of it it's difficult to know.

I can't understand this. My cousin used to live there, and I visited a few years' ago. As far as I know there's no airfield very close by.

It was only a temporary wheel for a funfair, so he was flying pretty damn low. Lucky he missed buildings.
