There is only 1 Sabre that flies in the UK, but have amended the title to state that it's FU-178 G-SABR

My understanding is these are the only confirmed dates so far:

May 15 - Old Warden, Early Evening show
May 16 - Duxford Spring Airshow
June 6 - Skrydstrup, Denmark
July 4 - Old Warden American Show
August 1 - Old Warden Military Pageant
August 20 - Duxford American Air Day
October 10 - Duxford Sally B Weekend
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.

Thought that particular one had been sold to someone in the States and was heading home for a major and future on the US airshow circuit? Great news that it's not!

The latest update on the Golden Apple website states she has been surveyed & demonstrated to 2 organisations but not yet sold.

Indeed Mayfly they are the confirmed dates you have posted, I just posted up the whole lot :D

I'll be going to Shuttleworth for the very first time this year \:D/

Indeed the Sabre was supposed to be going to the USA but it's staying put for the time being (woohoo), I'll be really sad when she does go though :(

I've always felt (as Thumpy knows) that
this is the only aircraft that compares
with the Sabre in that era:::::::::::::::
