Don't get too excited they didn't do it 'properly' they just lowered the mine into the water against the dam face and detonated it to prove that what should happen, would happen and it did happen!![]()

I think you'll find the "proof of concept" was completed on 16~17th May 1943.![]()
Aside from the excellent flying, am I the only one who thinks it was a completely pointless programme?
