DeHavilland Hornet / Sea Hornet

Postby Gully » Mon Nov 28, 2011 6:47 pm

A comment in the editorial of the current Jets Monthly magazine set me doing a bit of digging into DeHavilland's Hornet, something I'd meant to do a while ago having seen parts of one at the DeHavilland Collection / Mosquito Museum last year and being taken aback that not a single complete example had survived. Anyway, during my fleeting research I happened across the following website which may be of interest - I found it so!

Thanks, always liked the Hornet and all that POWER! ;)

Great find Paul. It would be great to see one being flown by the RNHF :(

You have also solved one of my Christmas present ideas (for myself of course).

BTW how's that family of yours? I bet you can't wait for Christmas ;)
