Some of those places seem very familiar! :D

That is a very well-done piece of work!

I'm glad the different venues saw fit to
cooperate on one promotional video!

The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage is run by or at least supported by the council. The video was done by Steve Hatton who has just released a Bomber Command film - 'Into the Wind' very good by all accounts not seen it myself.

Ermmm...... NO!!

I feel quiet ashamed - Digby is 2 miles from me - all the times I've been to Waddington I have never been to their museum, never been to Thorpe Camp or the Cranwell Centre - both only 7ish miles from me.....

I truely am hanging my head in SHAME :ymblushing: :ymblushing: :ymblushing: :(( :(( :((

That's okay, Your Ladyship.......

I lived in Manhattan for over seven years
and NEVER did any of the usual tourist
attractions until AFTER I had moved back
home and went to visit......

Too Busy! :ymblushing:

It seems quiet usual not to do things on the door step - I think it's down to knowing it's so close you never really make the effort.

That was a wonderful little film :ymapplause:

Have to admit, I must have passed by Metheringham hundreds of times and never been :( and Waddington is only 4 miles away from me and didn't even know there was a museum there :-o :(( and not to mention Scampton's little museum (and the N's grave), although don't know if there still do tours there, haven't seen them advertised recently.

I can't recommend Thorpe Camp highly enough though, brilliant little museum :ymapplause: .

A Bomb Aimers Story

This is the first of 3 short films produced by Steven Hatton of Electric Egg for Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage, some of the film was made at Metheringham using the Gymnasium.
