The Reds commentator did say (Saturday) that he couldn't match it, so he was going to do it in a more British way. Laughter all round. :))

The name of said American caused me and a work colleague some amusement. Due to the quality of the PA system, it sounded like (I'm sorry if it offends anyone), well, Gay Shitstroke. Needless to say it was a schoolboy humour moment. :ymblushing:

The American who was commentating for the parachute drop sounded like Deputy Dawg (if you can remember).

What happened outside yesterday, how come there were over 5 mile traffic jams at one section? Accident or just lots of people turning up late??? I was in the carpark just after 7 and inside the airfield at just after 8. :-? :-\

That's the flying, the photo, and the sentiment.

Again good stuff. Did anyone get caught up in the farce of searching Saturday? The security were a tad serious, the supervisor came along and told them to search every tenth person. It was backing up a treat. ;)

Hi all.

We went yesterday not a bad day got in and out ok, weather was crap (cold and drizzley) in morning but got a bit brighter in the afternoon. All in all i'd give the show 7/10 this year.

No problems in our queue Saturday morning, was in the car park just after 7 and on the airfield just after 8, once the gates opened we pretty much kept moving slowly all the way in and luckily avoided a bag search as I'd just about got it done up with some very fine and compact packing, turns out the weather was glorious most of the day and I could have left my coat, my change of trousers, T-Shirt, spare fleece all back in the car, but after the weather's efforts Thursday and Friday I didn't want to take the risk with "possible showers" forecast for Saturday after Thursday's forecasted "showers" which were more like a rainforest monsoon!!
