I don't know for certain Andy but as they are used on a daily basis for 'live taxi' training I would guess that most are still very close to being fully airworthy. They are certainly very well maintained by a great team of technicians/students.

A CAA 'Permit to Fly' is unlikely though due to its Complex (re-heat) classification.

Now the airworthy JPs are a different story. Cosford has so many it doesn't know what to do with them...
