On the 10th March 1995 RAF Tornado F3 ZE789 Crashed into the North Sea eleven miles off Spurn Point, Humberside.Flt. Lt. D. J. Hazell ejected. Navigator also reportedly ejected but was declared dead on arrival at hospital
