I know that the MOD/RAF extended his service career so he could see them out...............

When the PR9 last flew at Waddington in 2006, I met up with him and the other aircrew in the hanger, and got them to take my show programme back to Marham and get the relevent pages in it signed by all the aircrew..........

I asked that chap from Midair whether Terry Cairns was one of the pilots they had available, but he didn't recognise the name, so I assume he's not.

I was at Ropley on the Mid Hants Railway this afternoon and she flew over. Made my day

XH134 did a couple of test flights last Saturday pilots were Dave Piper and Mike Leckey. Mike used to be on BBMF and Dave Piper was OC 45 Sqn when DT first joined them 1995.

She is in a lovely silver colour.

Lovely display by Dave Piper at Abingdon on Sunday that finished with a great blue note pass. XH134 looks stunning in her new livery and the display sequence was excellent. Roll on my next seeing her at Waddo

The final paperwork hadn't arrived in time for the Midair Hunter to join the Canberra last weekend, but apparently it dropped in the post on Tuesday, so all set for some formation work from Cosford onwards.
