Awaiting decision;

Crew arrive after PtF signed, while waiting for MA sig on paperwork:

Awaiting Taff to disconnect headset prior to taxying;

Taxying to Runway:

And lastly holding prior to going on runway and departing:

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
