Regarding keeping museums updated, I found the same when I visited Coventry a couple of months ago. They are more than happy to raise awareness, put up posters etc., but someone needs to keep them in the loop.

Whatever happens with the Trust, I believe this role will fall to the Club via the Regional Reps.
