How NICE to have a STEADY video, do think it might have been filmed with a TRIPOD? ;)

What's with this "Awesome power" rubbish. They're only piffling little 200s. :p
Sooty

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

End caps missing from both Nos 3 and 4 engines - I hope they weren't running them higher than idle? :(

Well spotted, RHV. :ymapplause:

It's a great way to cook the jet pipe tunnel if they went to high power. :-o

Drove past Southend airport the other day and pulled over to have a look through the fence at '426. To be honest, I was surprised to hear that they've been doing engine runs as she looked far from ready (main issue being the lack of end caps from where I was stood). Not sure how their funding campaign is going - my understanding is that '426 needed some fairly deep maintenance before fast taxiing could be considered again: particularly in the brakes department!

Still think it's a crying shame that their lacquer coat went so wrong - the aircraft just looks comletely the wrong colour and tatty as a result IMO.

This is what their website says:
