Whether there's any truth to it I don't know, but someone over on UKAR has said they there's no movement yet, giving the reason as:
Engine issues I believe, RR dragging their heels over boroscope results.

doubt it the boroscoping again as stated on UKAR, TVOC opened up the engine to find nothing last year so i doubt it that. if engine problem, maybe electrical?
