Tony Jauncy, from i360UK, came to Wellesbourne again yesterday armed with his fancy 360 degree camera kit. He has now added six other 360 images of XM655 (the menu is at the top left of the image).

Enjoy the tour of the cockpit from between the pilots seats, two different positions at the rear crew stations, the prone bomb aiming position, and finally three different views in the bomb bay

Any purists among you will notice that some of the Navigation Bombing Computer kit has been disturbed - it is in the process of being worked on by our bomb bay flying former fairy, Len....

You'll also see that we have only four 1,000lb bombs on the seven-store carrier - sorry about that, we haven't rearmed since our last sortie!

Well spotted Mr Plumber.... Portsmouth Aviation have just supplied us with seven arming vanes as it happens....all we need now is some bluetack to attach them

Now to find a tame carpenter to manufacture another two VSSCs and Dave can then knock up another 14 Bombs for the full effect!

The even more eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed that we now have a Periscopic Sextant case in its mounting under the port side of the pilots floor near the ladder. What you can't see is the Periscopic Sextant inside the case.

All we have to do now is persuade the ports in the top of the cabin to open and figure out how the sextant actually works, and we will be able to confirm that XM655 really is at Wellesbourne.

With the recent weather, having a working periscope might not be such a bad idea........
