There's a brilliant video of this somewhere - but damned if I can find it X(

I think the one I saw may have been a chap in Murka - he pulls it to pieces with large hydraulic equipment but with the most amazing dexterity :D At one point he 'stitched' holes all around it in a line and then lifted the top off in one piece like taking the top off an egg :p

You put it in the GREEN BIN of course!

We would put in a blue crate (along with the plastic and cans).
