Correct the front cockpit of a Folland Gnat T1 as used by the RAF Red Arrows. It was based on the Folland Midge designed by W.E.W. "Teddy" Petter. The Midge had a number of advanced features, such as hydraulically powered "flaperons", main gear that could be used as airbrakes, and a one-piece canopy that hinged over an inner armoured windscreen. Despite the low powered engine, the little jet could break Mach 1 in a dive and was very agile. One of the hallmarks of the Gnat's design was its compact size. However, to achieve such a size, its systems were closely packed, making maintenance more difficult. Some of its systems were not noted for their reliability and the aircraft suffered from high operating costs. There were also issues that its cockpit was cramped and obstructed the instructor's forward visibility.

To quote DT ...........'You don't climb into a Gnat you strap it on'.

I know exactly what it is, but as I cheated I won't play this one. You'll have to learn to change the filenames as I did on the other side when I had a picture guessed because I didn't change the file name. We know who that was, don't we Stevieboy. :p :D

When you've uploaded to Photobucket, your pic has 3 codes under it for different uses. Right click on the bottom one and "Copy", then "Paste" into one of these text boxes.
