Looks like a DC10/MD-11 in the pic, possibly a KLM MD-11?
Fly fast jets and/or C130s over my house please, I'm bored!

sorry Olicat no third engine on tail only 2 con trails .I just enlarged my original pic It has a dark blue top half on the boby underside white the fin is also dark blue to the front Rudder area could also be but is reflecting and lookes white.Still looks like a 737 or maybe a 727 .the height would be because it was just after crossing the coast at Newcastle Going west.

Won't be a 727 then as they were tri-engined also.

I agree with Oli, it does look like a DC10, perhaps it had the third engine turned off! ;)

After a play on a photo optomiser program I have to agree it does look like a third engine at base of the fin the bulge is there and there is a shaddow affect .Can't get it clear ."Typical shot at very long range with a compact camera".still can't tell what it is .
