A Typhoon has just done a mini display with burners, near our house.
Very nice $\:D/$ $\:D/$ but too far away for pictures.

Didn't see it [its pitch black afterall] but ive just had a very noisy turboprop go over .
Sounded like a C-160 Transell or a G-222 . Didn't sound like anything we usually have over at night [Electras , Hercs and Dash 8s] .

Mayfly would you like to borrow a 12 bore and some ammunition???

I was lucky enough to have my Mum insist on me staying off school even though I strangely really wanted to go. any way Dad and I went up to the pond and had some roach and a skimmer before being caught by her highness my Mum ,however, I saw a typhoon take off and land and do some bits in the air ,but, it gets better on the way home Dad and I saw a trio of Jaguar wings sat upright on a civillain lorry what they ere doing I have no idea but stiil a nice day.

That is the second time I have seen Jaguar mainplanes arriving at the RAF Wittering paintshop, the last trio were in desert camouflage!
