Take the pi$$ out of me all you wish - doesn't deflect from her achievements does it....

I know we laugh & joke a lot on here but to be honest I am a little saddened that amongst all the bantering & sarcasm - not one of the blokes could say 'Good for her'!!!!

:( Yeah.

I remeeber watching something on TV, may have been on the one show or something, that proved women actually made better pilots than men :p

Good for her!

I am quite happy to acknowledge her abilities, I like LADY pilots, their heads normally fit in their helmets better than most of the male ones!

I for one admire Anyone who has what it
takes to fly an aircraft!

The closest I've ever come to aviation was
when I got my car briefly airborn when I
was young and stoopid!

Damn those hump back bridges! Takes me back to being a stupid 17yr old.......It cost me 2 tyres & wheels, front coil springs and a heavily dented ego........first and last time for everything. I left it to the track after that :ymblushing:

I admire anyone who can fly aircraft, even more so the fast jet pilots (male or female)

Now now - keep your wig on - 'good for her' is indeed a sentiment I can express - I totally agree that their achievements are first rate - I am - like others - in awe of any pilot - and especially one who has managed to escape the kitchen when her husband wasn't looking ...... 'Sorry dear - dinner late tonight I am busy being a Red Arrow/Black Cat' ...... good excuse though :ymdevil:

Oh and is there a pig tail restrainer on a bang seat ---- could be painful if it got caught up :D :p

Let it be noted here it was two blokes that had the coming together over Crete.
(Might have been initiated by the girl) BUT it was the blokes that collided!!! =)) =)) =))

I AM JOKING HERE DO NOT GET OFFENDED!!!

Any landing you walk away from is a good one,
If the plane is reusable, that's a bonus.

I met a female lynx pilot at Yeovilton - after she'd done the display. She was extremely pretty, imaculate make-up etc. And she was really friendly too.
And BLONDE! Naturally judging by her colouring.

Absolutely fantastic achievements for both men and women - especially women as they have to do a lot more to prove themselves.
