Well all the team met up at Teeside Airport for another hard working day at teeside Airport. Weather was cloudy with a warm breeze. This trip we had recruited a new member of the team , Allen mclaughlin who is a cameraman for BBC Scotland . Allen will be filming and inteviewing from beginning to end of the project .
Well the agenda was a busy one with Julian and phil who managed finally to lower the inner wing flaps ,and they were a pig to do . Neil and Matt refitted temperarily the engineers panels with the instruments and that really brought the cockpit alive, they will need repainting before their perminante fit . We also had 200 pallets delievered that were kindly sponsered by Evergreen pallets at Darlington that we distributed under the wings .More wiring inside was cut out to reduce weight and a general sweep out of the cockpit.Later in the day the rear engine bay doors were opened we can now start to see the job in hand of removing the s ducting. Just before we left Neil managed to remove a couple of items via the grinder from the T2 (whats left of it) before its total demise on monday 9th july
And of course Allen was filming and and inteviewing the team, capturing some great footage .
To see some of the photos of the day go to our website

The next time we will be up for a week cutting and removing the stab , tail and wings . We still require still 950.00 to do the move if you can still help.
cheers tony
