Getting back on topic (Sorry ;) ), scrapping Ark Royal releases four Olympus 201s. Any modellers out there want to build a 1:1 cold war bomber? :ymdevil:
Sooty

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

Well I am proud to admit that I voted this government in to power, although not in this form (Coalition)!

Is overseas aid the only thing they haven't cut back on?

Yes it is, its ringfenced. Really hacks me off that does, it sort of suggests we are putting theirs needs above our own ?

I agree to an extent - think it would make the cuts more palatable if EVERYTHING took a hit!!

But I'm still in full agreement that we to make the cuts.

I think they should STOP all overseas aid, until our own country is back on its feet again............ :D

So what if other countries think we are insensitive to other countries in their time of need........... :p

I didn't realise this until this morning that not only is overseas aid ring fenced, but has increased by 36% to £8b

Oh come on, do try and keep up! :-o

For some reason it is supposed to make this country more secure if we provide our potential foes with aid!
The hotbeds of terrorism are meant to be placated by a few million pounds from a country they hate nearly as much as America.
