What is the name and make of the business prop at 2.16 in this clip from "Moonraker" (1979)?

It's a Handley-Page Jetstream. [With Astazou engines as opposed to the later BAe Jetstream derived from the airframe which had Garretts.]

You're right. Ta! Now I know why they looked familiar: Astazous are also used on the Pucara of Falklands fame.

They did make the sweet little British Jetstream look a tad more photomalefically menacing than Garretts....for a Bond film!

My pleasure and, as you say, they also powered the Pucara. They were also used on the Skyvan and Mu-2.
