Sploosher. When you hear the first roar of a jet engine from the mound, I dare you to say very loudly "I really hope this is a Phantom or a Lightning".

Not at 10am on a Monday morning I don't =)) =))

Have a good day tomorrow Gordon :D , and just be careful of the big puddles on the track down to the mound (at point F) they can be very deep and very muddy (it was when we passed by on Wednesday at any rate, could have dried up since then though :D ), and make sure you park well off the main track, the farmer has been very good to "spotters" letting us use his land :ymapplause: :ymapplause: and so it's best to make sure he can get his big tractors down there ;) :D

Thanks Helen................. ;)

Well, that was a great day out, well 5 hours on the mound anyway, just got to download 430 pics, sort out the chaff from the wheat(more chaff I think), then decide what to put online.

The highlights of the day were, the only Tornado flight setting off my car alarm, the car was behind the mound, and the 2 F15s that did 3 flypasts just before I set off home. :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause:
