I guess the short answer is No!
I understand that Joe L'Estrange prepared a procedure to do it, which they hoped would be approved. Apparently it involved accelerating on the taxiway and swinging onto the runway at around 50 kts.
The basic problem is that no matter how much you improve (shorten) the take-off run, there simply isn't enough runway to reject the take-off immediately before lift-off.
I suppose it might have been possible to argue the case for a one-time approval to get her to somewhere more suitable, but continued operation from Wellesbourne was always going to be a non-starter.
