XH558 display at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Hi. I've uploaded a few photos from todays awesome display at Goodwood to my website. It was my first visit to Goodwood and I really struggled to find a large enough open space to get maximum visibility. There are many trees all over the site and with flagpoles and many other temporary structures I'm lucky to get these shots. The best location would have been in the car park field but that was declared CLOSED "In strict accordance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Regulations" for the duration of the display.

Some very nice pics there....

The car park was good to view from (I was there!!) So long as you are already in the car park its generally fine.

The lighting was not so good though, I got a few reasonable shots but it was very much a 'white' background from that side....

Busy? It certainly was. I was queueing for 1and a half hours along the A27 to get in. They say 150,000 were there last year and this year there were even more. Recession? What recession! £53 a ticket!

Any petrolheads amongst the Iconic Aircraft members will hopefully enjoy viewing the car photos..... Come back in a few days time. There are loads to go through.... I know its off topic but I will post a further note when the images are uploaded.
