Flew to the west of our village again before turning to port and heading off in that direction.

We live on a corner plot and on the apex of the bend opposite is a field entrance so I always stand in the gate way so our trees don't stop my view.

I'm getting quite a little collection of people stopping as they drive by most of whom I've never see before :)) They pull up and say ...

Are you waiting for the Vulcan?

Yes I am how did you know

Oh your David Thomas's wife :))

Just think how often people stop D.T. and ask if You're Pam Thomas's husband! ;)

Might go to Waddington \:D/

The VC10 formation crews are planning to depart BZN at 1000 local (L) this morning. After transitting across the airways they are expecting to refuel 8 Conningsby Typhoons. They aim to complete flypasts at RAF Lossiemouth 1305L, Leuchars 1330L, Waddington 1420L, Cranwell 1425L, Conningsby 1430L and Marham 1445L before recovering for a VIC recovery to Brize followed by a break to land from ECHELON. Confirmation they are airborne should arrive shortly, here's hoping....!

Looks like local.

Nobody seems to know. I think DW wants to keep this one though, with a thought of scrapping the old one
