More XM655 from Wings & Wheels 08

Postby 350wedge » Wed Sep 30, 2009 3:48 pm

At the risk of a Slap from Mayfly because of starting another thread... :D

Here are some of my photo's from the 08 Wellesbourne wings and wheels event. They did go on the VTSC forum at the time but thought i'd post over here for others to see too. Also a photo of a certain DT & crew posing with the world famous Red Barrows !!

Yes I was there this year, I did wander over to where yourself, Rach and the others were standing. Unfortunately although I had all my camera gear with me I'd managed to forget to re-install a memory card after downloading pictures from a previous event!! First time i'd ever done that...doh !

I usually carry loads of spares but typically I'd bought a new camera bag and hadnt transferred all my kit over!

Rach's face was a picture though, she knows I always carry a camera about and was shocked to see me walking over with a hotdog in hand instead =)) Never managed to get a good shot of anything with a hotdog!

And despite the fact most of them are young cadets, who's STILL the shortest in the picture? :p
Sooty

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.
