The Vulcan Year DVD

Postby Pujgnie » Thu Oct 08, 2009 8:08 pm

Got mine today as a freebie - after ordering 'The Vulcan Effect' .. and watched it earlier on.

Nice DVD.. not overloaded with commentary - it allows 558 do most of the talking. Running time of approx 80 mins. 558 had a semi crap year in 2008 - display wise, and it explained why on the DVD. (Overall Grit worthy factor 7). DT appears as himself both in younger and more older status .. ( ;) .

It is nicely edited with some great on-board footage and unique display sequences from 2008. The Q&A addage extra - is both funny and educational. (The DT bits in particular :) ).

Strongly recommend it to all.

In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.
